⚠️ Keep in mind: A Walk & Talk is NOT a substitute for a comprehensive home inspection. It’s a limited visual assessment designed to help identify readily visible concerns before making an offer. Hidden defects can still exist.

Your house will usually tell you when something isn’t right. The problem is most people don’t know what they’re looking at. 👀🏠

Water stains, cracks that keep getting bigger, flickering lights, musty smells, doors that suddenly don’t close right… None of these automatically mean you have a major problem. But they’re definitely worth paying attention to.

I’ve spent enough years in construction and inspecting homes to know that the little things can sometimes be the first sign of a much bigger issue.
