I moved to Baltimore in 1998, not long after graduating Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate degree from Widener Law School, and never left. I started a family in Baltimore, tried cases in front of Baltimore judges and juries, and volunteered with the Baltimore chapters of the United Way, Reading Partners, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, My Sister’s Place and Our Daily Bread. As a curr

ent or past board member of the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance, Requity Foundation Inc., and the Butchers Hill Neighborhood Association, I have championed my adopted city’s future. And since acquiring an Associate Brokers license in 2013 and becoming a full-time realtor in 2016 (while maintaining a part-time career in law), I have delighted in helping countless clients build their own lives in Baltimore and its environs and have seen many of them fall in love with the region’s many charms the same way I did. As a top producing member instrumental in the growth and success of the highly successful Fredeking Team, I have been named a “Baltimore Real Producer” (top 5% in Central Maryland) multiple times and was honored in Baltimore Magazine’s 2022 and 2023 Best of Baltimore editions. My background as an attorney has helped me become a practical, creative, efficient and skilled negotiator in my real estate career, as well as a knowledgeable source for navigating the murky gray areas between real estate and property law. As a longtime resident of Baltimore, with a deep understanding and appreciation of its many varied neighborhoods, I have developed a vast network of friendships, communities and community organizations that has contributed to my professional success. One of my long-term goals is to model a high standard of professionalism and civility in the real estate industry. A native of suburban Philadelphia and a graduate of Penn State University, I still have an affinity for cheesesteaks, Mike Schmidt and the Jersey Shore – particularly Stone Harbor, where I have vacationed in every summer of my life. But home is now Baltimore City, where I live with my husband, a sports journalist for The Washington Post, and our two daughters, both high school students in the Baltimore City Public School System. When not pursuing my dual careers, I enjoy travel, running, basketball, spending time with my family and friends, and volunteering. See my reviews at: https://www.zillow.com/profile/asheinin1

Our Story

There are a lot of realtors out there. Why me? Because I care. I care that YOUR HOME sells and that it sells quickly for maximum value. I care that the property you buy feels like HOME.

I care that the process feels right to you and that all of your questions have been answered.

I care about the neighborhoods I sell in. I am proud to call Baltimore City home for 22 years. Just like I advocated for hundreds of clients over my 22 year law career, I will advocate for you every step of the way in the real estate process and make certain that you understand the process, feel like your interests were best served, and that you are happy with the results. Because I care.
