It's all hands on deck at Swatara Exchange!

Construction is moving full steam ahead at our mixed-use community in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where our first five buildings are taking shape.

Pennsylvania Regional Partner Bryan Cyphers takes us behind the scenes as our construction team pours a floor slab for one of the flex/R&D buildings. These pours are no small feat, with crews starting in the middle of the night and working through the following afternoon or evening to get the job done!

Located at the former Harrisburg Mall site, Swatara Exchange will feature a mix of office, flex/R&D, and retail space. We're looking forward to welcoming the first tenants to these new buildings in late spring and early summer of 2027.

Big moves are happening at Maple Lawn! Bozzuto is bringing its corporate headquarters to the Howard County mixed-use community.

The real estate development and management company will relocate 225 employees to 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard in Fulton, Maryland, in early 2027.

“Maple Lawn continues to attract industry leaders like Bozzuto because this community is much more than just high-quality office space,” said Matt Lenihan, Executive Vice President of Leasing for St. John Properties.

Developed in partnership by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties, Maple Lawn offers a vibrant mix of offices, restaurants, shops, recreation and other walkable amenities.

Senior Project Manager Lauren takes us on site at the Aspen at Greenleigh, a multifamily project led by our in-house Multifamily Construction team, to share the latest progress and explain the Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) building process.

As the largest ICF project in North America, the Aspen at Greenleigh uses ICF blocks to reduce heating, cooling and overall energy use.

The project is expected to wrap up in Summer 2028.

We're pleased to welcome two new corporate headquarters to Wake Forest Exchange in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Equal Optics, LLC plans to bring approximately 45 professionals to the business community, where its new headquarters will include an engineering, testing, and validation lab focused on high-speed optical connectivity. North State Pools has also established its new headquarters at 920 Timberline View Drive, bringing its administrative, maintenance, storage, and new water testing operations together in one location.

“The common thread between these two tenants is the value they see in Wake Forest Exchange’s strategic location and the flexibility of our signature flex/R&D product,” said Dustin Atkielski, Regional Partner for St. John Properties.

Four Lightbridge Academy franchise groups are bringing new early education and childcare centers to St. John Properties business communities in Anne Arundel and Howard counties.

The new locations are open now or coming soon to 14350 Sweitzer Lane, Arundel Overlook, I-97 Business Park, and Waugh Chapel Business Park.

Westinghouse Crossing is taking shape, starting with its first tenant, Quiddity Engineering.

The civil engineering, planning, surveying, and consulting firm has signed an 8,060-square-foot lease at our 35-acre mixed-use business community in Georgetown, Texas. Quiddity plans to open its new office by the end of the year and grow its team to approximately 55 professionals.

“Westinghouse Crossing stood out as the ideal fit to accommodate our current footprint, while ensuring we can seamlessly service our clients,” said Ryan Quinn, Central Texas General Manager for Quiddity Engineering.

The milestone comes as we complete nearly 100,000 square feet of flex/R&D space at Westinghouse Crossing, with plans for approximately 225,000 square feet of flex/R&D, office, and retail space across the community.
