On this latest Henderson Crossing phase, CSP joined forces with ABC’s Jumpstart’s pre-apprenticeship construction workforce development training program and will mentor students throughout the renovation. The reclaimed Justice Thurgood Marshall Amenity Center at PS 103 will open this summer as a community center that honors the building's most notable student, who went on to become a national civil rights advocate and the first Black Supreme Court justice.

Cross Street Partners / The Packing House welcomes Amanda Fenstermaker to the CSP family. Amanda, who will begin working full time starting in April, is the new MERGE community manager.

As community manager, Amanda will develop and implement a robust membership and programming plan for MERGE while creating a nurturing environment that inspires collaboration and partnerships among the members.

In addition to managing digital communications, Amanda will network throughout the region to build connections through enhanced networking events.

Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Amanda oversaw marketing, public relations, and product development initiatives for Dorchester County. She has extensive contacts within the business community and brings a wealth of local knowledge with her to the Packing House.

Amanda is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a BA in Communications. She, her husband and three children reside on their family farm near Vienna.

The Dayton Arcade District project has been awarded nearly $14 million in tax credits from Ohio's Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program.

The development team, Model Group and Cross Street Partners, said the credits are critical to completing the next phase of the Arcade District Development, which also includes the Centre City building and Air City Garage.

The Dayton Arcade District project has received nearly $14 million in tax credits. The $200 million development covers over 800,000 square feet in downtown Dayton, Ohio.

The Electric Works campus has been a center of industrial innovation for over a century. It all started in 1883 when Ranald T. McDonald and James Jenney founded the Fort Wayne Jenney Electric Light Company.

Later, Thomas Edison's General Electric Co. acquired and grew the business. By 1944, GE employed about 1/3 of Fort Wayne's workforce.

When the campus reopened in 2022, it became home to a new generation of innovators, creatives, entrepreneurs, and students. Learn more about the history (and future) of Electric Works:
