Nothing naturally enhances the beauty or the benefits of a property, like lots of windows and natural light.

Influencers will try to make you believe that there is something so unique and such an anomaly about being successful or wealthy in 2026. The reality is wealth and success is universal.

I want you to tell me based on this picture where you think I was. And if wealth and success is so extraordinary or out of the norm, then it should be very easy to identify where this community is.

How often should a landlord inspect their property?

05/30/2026

Let’s do some math! Purchasing a home like this can be either a hit or miss. The average sale price of a renovated home that’s comparable was about $150k.

This only makes sense if the cost to buy the home AND renovate the home combine is significantly less than $150k.

TBH I don’t think it’s gonna make it. What do you think?

We all love a beautifully renovated home. But very few of us see what they look like BEFORE they’re renovated. Do you have the vision?

PG are you ready for the NEW Suitland?
Suitland Redevelopment Is About To Change PG County Forever

Suitland is about to look completely different.

This is not just another apartment project near a Metro station.

Prince George’s County is pushing one of its biggest neighborhood transformations around the Suitland Road and Silver Hill Road corridor.

Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center is planned as a massive mixed-use redevelopment with housing, retail, public spaces, and a cultural arts center.

The county describes it as more than 1 million square feet.

That includes 895 residential units and attached homes, 98,000 square feet of retail, and a 50,000 square foot Performing Arts Center.

Now add this.

Maryland just approved the Suitland Development Authority, and state law says it has to become self-sustaining by fiscal year 2036.

That gives Suitland a real countdown clock.

The public art changes are already mapped out too.

Water tower art banners and lighting are planned for fall 2026.

Creative crosswalks are planned for spring 2027.

A gateway sign and community plaza are targeted for summer 2027.

Supporters see this as the long-overdue reset Suitland has been waiting for.

Critics are worried about affordability, safety, displacement, and whether longtime residents will actually benefit.

Either way, Suitland is not staying the same.

Share this with someone in PG County who needs to see what is coming.

On behalf of landlords everywhere; THANK YOU!

Your rent monthly is doing 3 things:

1. Paying down SOMEONE ELSE’S mortgage
2. Building cash equity for the home owner.
3. Proving a place for you to live.

Imagine being able to accomplish all these things and you are the only one on the other side that benefits.
