From maintenance and repair to cultivating positive tenant relationships, Thornhill’s Property Management Team oversees the daily operation of our properties with the long-range goals of our clients in mind. Office buildings, retail shopping centers, condominiums, homeowners associations (HOAs) and multi-unit rental properties make up our management portfolio. Our property managers meet with owner

s regularly to make sure that their objectives are part of our management strategy. Doing this allows us to create greater operating profits for our clients. Condominium and Home Owners Associations rely on us to respond to unit- and homeowner requests, provide maintenance and repair services, and collect condominium and HOA fees. We work closely with condominium and HOA boards, and attend their monthly board meetings. Commercial clients depend on us to maintain their properties and provide services from cleaning and emergency maintenance to collecting rents on a proactive rather than reactive basis. In office buildings managed by Thornhill Properties, Inc., we act as the exclusive leasing representative to maintain the highest occupancy. Thornhill also works with brokers representing tenants, to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between our office building clients and their tenants. Our approach to every client’s property is the same – proactive property management. We adhere to strict preventive maintenance schedules. Property managers are on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies. After hours, emergency calls are dispatched by our live answering service. Our dedicated maintenance professionals are highly skilled in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, and are HVAC and lead-based paint certified. From replacing a burned out hallway light to completing major plumbing repairs, our tasks are centered on keeping properties at their best. State-of-the-art software monitors all aspects of property management, billing and collections. Our property managers stay informed about the latest developments in the field, maintaining continuing education, accreditation and local real estate board affiliations.

Founded in 1986 by George Panos, Thornhill Properties was built on a simple but enduring philosophy: provide clients with honest, hands-on service, expert guidance, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. What began as a small, family-owned real estate firm has grown into one of the Baltimore region’s most respected full-service real estate companies.

Over the past four decades, Thornhill has expanded into a trusted leader in commercial and residential property management and brokerage, serving condominium and homeowner associations, commercial properties, office and retail buildings, multifamily communities, and individual investors throughout Maryland.
