A few things I see catch sellers off guard:
• how much first impressions actually drive demand
• how pricing impacts leverage (not just the final number)
• and how the right strategy can change the entire outcome

Listing a home is easy.
Selling it well is where the difference shows up.

It’s KEY time 🔑 🏡❤️

When we first met Michael and Melissa (thank you Beth Venrick Brumbaugh for the referral) we helped them weigh the pros and cons of building vs. buying an existing home.

We decided to start by looking at some existing homes to see if we could find what they were looking for before digging deeper into finding land and building.

A few days of showings later and we found the perfect fit! We are so excited to welcome them to Ohio into this beautifully renovated home.
