WashX Car Wash, a concept that utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver a “car spa experience” recently opened its second Baltimore-area location at 965 Middelton Road in the Aberdeen section of Harford County. Entrepreneur and Managing Member, Harry G. Pappas III and his partners opened their first WashX Car Wash on Belair Road in Fallston in 2024, and plans to develop additional sites in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region to address the growing consumer need in this category. Tom Fidler represented WashX Car Wash in this lease transaction.

Carroll Community College has signed a lease with Tevis Real Estate, Inc for 10,000 square feet of space at 110 Airpark Drive, a one-story building situated in the Westminster section of Carroll County, Maryland. The Westminster-based two-year educational institution intends to establish a new trade school in the nearly 20,000 square foot industrial/warehouse building to support its nearby main campus. Dennis Boyle SIOR and Chris Walsh, handled negotiations on behalf of the landlord. The lease brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
