We had an incredible time yesterday at our annual Blue Angels event at our office in Annapolis City Marina!

It was a hot one, but a great turnout with nearly 200 guests! Guests enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Carrol’s Creek, sweet treats from The Cream Cruiser, and of course, the spectacular Blue Angels air show overhead. Thank you to everyone who joined us for another year of one of our favorite traditions ✈️

Cambridge Waterfront Development, Inc. (CWDI) has entered into an agreement with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC to support the next phase of implementation for the Cambridge Harbor redevelopment project, a transformative mixed-use initiative situated along the city’s waterfront area. Scott Wimbrow, Tom Fidler, Michael Ruocco, Morgan Wimbrow, and Patrick J. Smith are handling the assignment.

Top Gun Baseball Cages has completed the $3.650 million acquisition of 5216 Renn Road, a single-story, 31,680 square foot building in Frederick from Tuscarora Racquet Club through its business entity, 5216 Renn Road, LLC. The site, upon its opening later this year, will become the second Maryland location for the indoor baseball and softball training, joining the original facility in Eldersburg. Dennis Boyle and Graham Sevy represented the buyer in this sales transaction.

1500 Country Ridge Ln, LLC has acquired Country Ridge Shopping Center, a 132,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at 1500-1550 Country Ridge Lane in the Essex section of Baltimore County for $10.7 million. Tom Mottley, Beetle Smith and Nick Maggio represented the seller, Crilley Warehouse, LLC and Andy Cole of DANAC Realty Advisors procured the buyer in this sales transaction.
