He served on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund until he returned to Baltimore to join D E Hughes Realty Co in 1997. In the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Roger continues to passionately serve communities. He served on the board of directors at St Ambrose Housing Aid Center and at Dru Mondawmin Healthy Families and as a member of the development committee of Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity. Following the housing meltdown in 2008, Roger provided mortgage default and foreclosure prevention counseling at St Ambrose in Baltimore City and at We Are Family services in Baltimore County. He encourages investment in Baltimore at the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Investors Association where he presents a monthly Market Update. He also regularly accepts invitations from housing agencies, churches and employers to present homeownership tips and opportunities at homebuyer workshops. He reaches out to community organizations to disseminate information to residents about applying for tax credits, appealing tax assessments, avoiding (or transitioning after) mortgage default and maximizing the redeveopment of vacant properties. Roger's first and favorite role is as father. He keeps them connected to their church family,, he supports their hard work in Baltimore schools, he selfishly volunteers to be close by as they participate in chess, robotics, church theater, Sunday school, choir, softball and baseball. D E Hughes Realty is located in Northeast Baltimore about a block from all of the foll0wing Loch Raven Boulevard, The Alameda Shopping Center and Good Samaritan Hospital.

When I sat in this living room with the seller of this gem on DEEPWOOD ROAD in ORIGINAL NORTHWOOD,

Just a few minutes ago, I entered the home into the multiple list system and soon it will be on screen on a couple hundred websites and search platforms. Of course, all of those tools are available to you.
