Greater Urban Legacy Development, L.L.C. (G.U.L.D.) is a Baltimore-based real estate development company dedicated to acquiring, rehabilitating, and redeveloping vacant and underutilized residential properties to strengthen neighborhoods, expand affordable homeownership opportunities, and promote long-term community revitalization.
G.U.L.D. works in partnership with We The People United for Change, Inc. (WTPUFC), a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Together, our organizations combine responsible real estate redevelopment with community-based programs that support financial literacy, youth empowerment, health and wellness, community outreach, and neighborhood stabilization. Through this partnership, we seek to ensure that redevelopment benefits both the physical community and the people who call it home.
