My buyer had only been out for a few weekdays of showings when we found a newer-built townhome in Baltimore City that he really liked. We wrote an offer, but unfortunately, we were outbid our request for seller concessions played a part.

A little heartbreak? Absolutely. 💔 But I always tell my clients: don’t get discouraged… BETTER will come.

And this time, it came QUICK! 🙌🏽

This gem popped up fresh on the market, and compared to the first home, my buyer is getting MORE:

💰 Lower property taxes

🍂 HELLO, FALL! 🍁

Today officially marks the first day of fall, and Maryland is about to enter one of my favorite seasons. Cooler mornings, changing leaves, cozy evenings, football, fall festivals… and of course, fall real estate! 🏡🍂

And don’t sleep on the fall market! While some people assume they need to wait until spring to make a move, this can actually be a great time for serious buyers and sellers. There may be less competition, motivated sellers, and opportunities that weren’t there during the busy spring and summer months.

Being a Realtor AND a business owner means wearing sooo many hats. 🏡💼 And the funny thing is… most of my good friends are business owners too, so we ALL understand the struggle. 😂

We’re constantly working, handling clients, managing businesses, solving problems, taking care of everyone else… and sometimes we don’t have anything left to give ourselves.

That’s why when we FINALLY make time, I love surrounding myself with good friends who make sure we actually enjoy it. 🥂❤️

We may not talk every day. We may go weeks without seeing each other. Life gets BUSY. But when one of us reaches out, we connect, make the plans and pick right back up where we left off.
