About me:
Pitina Stucky is one of Maryland’s leading real estate agents. A native of Madrid, Spain, and long time resident of Paris, France, she is tri-lingual, dynamic, and a skilled negot

iator with an extensive background in international banking and finance. Pitina is adept at recognizing the needs of a high-end clientele, serves both the local and the international community, and brings to the negotiating table an unusual breadth of expertise. Her passion is to serve the community, in order to help people to realize their dream of buying a home or investment property. Moving to America with her American husband and her son in 2005, Pitina began her real estate career just as the bubble burst, and has weathered the worst market since the Great Depression- a time when many seasoned realtors left the business unable to make sales. This was an intense tutorial in the dynamics of residential real estate- including the intricacies of foreclosures, short sales, and relocations, as well as conventional sales. Pitina has met these challenges with enthusiasm and skill, building a loyal clientele network through outstanding personal service, attention to contract details, and excellent negotiation skills. Her international experience and linguistic skills allow her not only to reach a diverse clientele, but her personal experience of culture shock in moving to a new city, or even country, make her extremely sympathetic to the needs of people for whom a move may be only part of a major change in their lives. She has served homeowners of all types and income brackets, both American and international, with a charm and generosity of spirit that has won her the admiration of both her clients and her peers throughout the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Pitina’s professional background is as diverse as her cultural background. Educated first in the Lycée Français in Madrid, she then attended Madrid’s prestigious University, ICADE, where she earned the European equivalent of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, she began working in banking at the Indosuez Bank, initially in Madrid, then Brussels, and finally in Paris, where she lived for fourteen years. She was in the International Purchasing Department of the bank, doing world-wide cost optimization for financial data providers, and was the head buyer for external technological consulting services. She also worked as an internal consultant for the Capital Market Department in Paris, and managed the back office’s handling of the transition from the franc to the euro, as well as capital market migration for Europe. In addition, she was an independent consultant for the Linux Company, Mandriva. Wanting a new challenge, she then left banking and began to work for the British-owned insurance company Aviva, in their Paris office. There she was in charge of contract negotiations for their IT Purchasing Department, dealing also with intellectual property rights. While in Paris, she began buying and remodeling property for herself, and discovered that she really loved real estate. In Paris she met an American writer, sculptor and linguist from Baltimore, and a few months after their marriage, emigrated with him and her son to the U.S., with the dream of going into real estate full-time. Nature’s Finest Masterpieces

One of the greatest joys of travel is discovering places that inspire wonder, and my recent visit to the Bruce Museum in Stamford, Connecticut, was exactly that.

I had the privilege of exploring Mineral Masterpieces, an extraordinary exhibition showcasing selections from the world-renowned collection of Robert R. Wiener. What began as a childhood fascination grew into a collection of more than 4,000 exceptional mineral specimens gathered over five decades.

As I walked through the gallery, I was reminded that nature is perhaps the greatest artist of all. Through millions of years of heat, pressure, chemistry, and time, these minerals evolved into breathtaking sculptures of color, light, and form. Each specimen felt like a unique work of art, telling its own story of creation and transformation.

Whether through art, architecture, real estate, or the natural world, I am always inspired by beauty, craftsmanship, and the remarkable stories behind extraordinary creations.

A truly unforgettable experience that left me with a deeper appreciation for the hidden masterpieces beneath our feet.

Art has the power to transcend centuries.

During my recent visit to Paris, I had the privilege of experiencing the extraordinary dialogue between Michelangelo and Auguste Rodin at the iconic Louvre Museum.

Separated by more than 300 years, these two masters share a profound understanding of the human form, movement, emotion, and the timeless pursuit of beauty. Walking through the exhibition was a reminder that true art never ages—it continues to inspire, challenge, and connect us across generations.

As someone who is passionate about both art and luxury real estate, I am constantly inspired by the creativity, craftsmanship, and vision that define exceptional works—whether in a masterpiece carved from marble or a remarkable home designed to stand the test of time.

Paris continues to be an endless source of inspiration, where history, culture, architecture, and art come together in the most extraordinary way.

Paris never ceases to inspire

During my recent stay in Paris, I had the privilege of experiencing Clair-Obscur, the remarkable exhibition presented at the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection, home to the extraordinary collection of François Pinault.

Set within the spectacular circular architecture transformed by Tadao Ando, the exhibition explores the eternal dialogue between light and shadow, presence and mystery, revealing how contemporary artists continue to challenge our perception of the world.

Walking through these immersive spaces was a powerful reminder that art, like architecture and real estate, has the ability to transform emotions into experiences. Every beam of light, every shadow, every carefully curated work invited reflection and contemplation.

Paris remains one of the world’s greatest stages where heritage, contemporary creation, and innovation meet in perfect harmony.

Grateful for these moments of inspiration that continue to shape the way I see beauty, design, and the spaces we call home.
