This comes from both personal experience and years of working with buyers 🏡
When I moved from city life to county life, there were a few things I thought I absolutely had to have.
Funny enough… I don’t have some of those things 😂. Guess what ?? Life is just fine
What mattered most was the location and how the home felt overall.
I see it happen with buyers all the time too. Someone starts out dead set on a feature… then we find the right neighborhood and suddenly it’s:
We can always add the garage , finish basement , fence yard ,etc
There’s no such thing as a perfect 🏡. It’s what feels right for YOU
