Bondar Realty has gained a well deserved reputation as a top Baltimore real estate brokerage company. We couldn’t have done this without our professional and well–trained staff. We want you to know who you’ll be talking to and dealing with, so here are some introductions.

Joe Bondar--Joe Bondar has been selling residential and commercial properties for over 30 years in addition to extensive experience in construction and land development. He has a national reputation for his exemplary ethical standards and expert negotiator. He has a BA degree in economics an an MBA in corporate finance.

Aliza Wein--In a relatively short period of time Aliza has established herself as one of the premier agents in Northwest Baltimore. She is a consistently high producer and a new construction specialist. In the last few years Aliza has teamed up with Joe to sell 70 new homes ranging in price from $260,000 to mid $700's. She has a BS in Computer Science.
