What a wonderful surprise at my client’s final walk-through. When we arrived at the house, we found a housewarming gift of gorgeous crystal candlesticks and a beautiful letter describing how much the sellers loved their home and their hope that the new homeowners will love it just as much as they did! It was so thoughtful and meaningful. But the buyers haven’t seen the message the sellers left on the white board on the inside of one of the kitchen cabinets yet! I guess they will find it when they move in tomorrow and be just as moved as I was! It is great to have amazing buyers and sellers who work towards a common goal so that everyone walks away happy! Kudos to all involved! And good luck in your new homes!
