Jim has been a high producing agent for over fifteen years, where he has helped hundreds of clients buy, sell or rent homes in the Baltimore Metro area. His goal is to provide a stress free transaction for his clients. He does this by listening to the needs of his clients, educating his clients on the sales process and the current real estate market, while communicating effectively to all parties
involved with the transaction. Over the years Jim has helped all types of clients from the first time home buyers to downsizing empty-nesters to investors. One of his specialties is working with developers to find, acquire, rehab, and sell properties in the neighborhoods surrounding Baltimore's Inner Harbor. His ability to help clients understand the risk and reward involved with each opportunity has created profitable, long-lasting relationships. Jim and his wife, Sara, have been residents in South Baltimore (previously Federal Hill and now Locust Point) since 2002, where they now raise their daughter, Sheila, and son, Walter. Jim and his family are members of the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance, an organization that fosters and promotes family life in Baltimore's city center.
