SOLD!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

We originally listed this home while it still had tenants and all of their belongings inside. Showings just weren’t going the way we hoped, so instead of forcing it, we stepped back and came up with a better plan.

We temporarily pulled it off the market, got the tenants moved out, and I gave my clients a list of both minimal and major repairs I felt would make the biggest difference. Once everything was done, we got fresh photos, I virtually staged it, and put it back on the market…

After sitting for months the first round, we got TWO offers the FIRST day back on the market. 👏

This transaction definitely had its fair share of hurdles, but I’m incredibly thankful for repeat clients who trust me enough to listen to my guidance and let me help navigate the hard decisions along the way. Extra happy for my sellers and SO happy we got this one SOLD!!

I went for a run at the Jetty this morning and got completely distracted by all the pretty rocks washed up on the beach! I started stuffing them into the tiny pocket in my shirt, thinking there were maybe a handful…

One thing about real estate… you’re kind of always working 😅

I left my 8–5 to apparently work 24/7, but honestly, I love it!!

Coffee meetings, phone calls walking around, answering questions between appointments, running into clients at the grocery store… a lot of this job is just building real relationships and being someone people feel comfortable reaching out to whenever they’re ready 🤍
