It's time for the monthly update on Coos County home prices.
The average home price overall in Coos County for the month of November was $366,471. Myrtle Point wins the least-expensive award with an average price of $155,400. By stark contrast, Bandon was the highest price at a $571,091 average.
There were 81 homes sold in Coos County (up 5 from October).
*These averages could change a bit as agents input their sold data into the MLS system.
