A first for me in real estate... 😂

I've handled plenty of unexpected moments, but today was definitely a first.

During a showing, one of the buyer's family members suddenly said, "Hey, look... a frog!" My first thought was, "Oh, cool... they must have an aquarium." Nope. 😅 Apparently, the frog thought it was an open house.

Sure enough, there was a tiny frog sound asleep on top of the printer. He wasn't hopping around or causing any trouble, just completely relaxed like he owned the place and had no intention of leaving.

After a good laugh (and a quick phone call to make sure this wasn't someone's pet), we carefully escorted our little visitor back outside where he belonged, and the showing continued.

Safe to say he wasn't pre-approved, but he still found the perfect place to hang out. 🐸🏡 Maybe he was just checking out the market before making an offer... or waiting to hear if his offer was accepted. 😂
