WHOA 🥵🤩 this one has been a LONG time coming!! From the call I received from my clients last fall about a job change and needing to move up North, to writing an offer on Caribou a few months later (that countered with an aggressive contingency to not only list their home in Hermon but get it under contract before accepting!)… followed up by a whirlwind 24 hours with cleaning (3 children means some SERIOUS hustling🥵) + lining up the photographer… then getting their home under contract in just 2 days… add in an extended closing to allow for my sweet sellers boys to finish up the school year 🥹🥹 and here we are!! This one was absolutely a marathon, not a sprint. It took some serious orchestrating right up to the end with back to back closings this morning, negotiating throughout and patience across the board. What an absolute whirlwind of a week it's been! ✨

Between getting land under contract for family, helping a referral buyer client find their absolute dream home and doing everything it took to make sure we got it, sprinkling in listing appointments and buttoning up inspection contingencies, and ending the week with SEVEN strong offers on my Levant listing... running the Bangor Marathon on Sunday almost feels like a cakewalk. 🏃‍♀️😆

I absolutely love and thrive on being busy and seem to do my best work when I'm juggling 75 different things at once. It's been one of those weeks that reminds me just how much I love what I do.

I'm incredibly grateful for my clients, referrals, friends, and family who continue to trust me with some of life's biggest decisions🥰

I had the best time at The Great Bangor Marathon & Half this morning with some amazing supporters cheering me on every step of the way! 🥰🎉

I was honored to finish as the 2nd place female overall, but the real highlight was sharing the experience with so many incredible runners and volunteers who made the event such a success. It’s neat seeing little ol Bangor Maine on the map with hosting full marathons.

Huge shout out to all the finishers—you showed up, put in the work, and crossed that finish line! 👏🏅
