Took a little real estate break (or is that even a thing?!) to celebrate my dad turning 80 with my family in Philly ❤️ nothing beats family time and reigning in a new decade like going to a 76ers game 🥹🏀

I grew up outside of Philadelphia and there’s something always so magical about returning to my old stomping grounds, but I have to say that Maine is prettier this time of year 🍁🤩 there’s a reason I moved here 11+ years ago and never left, so if you’re thinking about making the move feel free to pick my brain, I’ll talk your ear off about all the reasons I absolutely love living here 🥰

Now back to my dad and spending time with family (see what I did there 😅🏡) happy birthday to my dad, who’s taught me the meaning of hard work, being responsible and independent and provide for my family ❤️💪

Messages like like this mean more than people realize🥹

I've been working on finding ways to bring two things I'm incredibly passionate about together—running marathons and real estate. To have a client recognize the connection between the two, without me even having to explain it, really means a lot.

Running has taught me so much about hard work, dedication, perseverance, and never giving up. Those are the same qualities I strive to bring to my clients every single day.

Sometimes a little encouragement goes a long way, and this message was such a sweet reminder to keep being myself and sharing what I love. 🏃‍♀️🏡🥰

This 👆 was an extra cool one… I was scrolling the interwebs one night and saw one of my Facebook friends listed this home for sale by owner. I helped her daughter buy their first home and helped them sell when they moved to Missouri, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to reach out when I saw she had it listed FSBO. I sent the message, not really anticipating much but hoping to at least make it on the radar. A day or two passed and she reached out asking some questions about the listing process. A few days later we were listed on the MLS.. professional photos were taken, we made sure to REALLY put our best best foot forward while listing in a market that’s gotten a little tougher. 7 days later we had an offer and were under contract. 30 days later we closed and they’re on their way to be closer to her daughter in Missouri 🥹🥰

This mornings long run brought me to 11+ miles averaging around 6:30 pace 🏃‍♀️💨

Whether I’m out chasing miles or helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, one thing is for sure… I don’t do anything halfway 💪

Running and real estate might seem like two completely different things, but both take dedication, consistency, and tons of perseverance. Whether I’m chasing finish lines or helping my clients get to the closing table, I’m always willing to go the extra mile! 🏡🧡

Better late than never 🥴🥵 I promised 2 videos a week and have been slacking at the running content (I can assure you I’ve been putting in the miles daily, just not talking about it 😅) if anyone is looking for a really solid treadmill that can handle just about any amount of running, I’ve absolutely LOVE my NordicTrack Commercial 2450 🤩🏃‍♀️ the speed is limitless, decline is awesome and feels like road running, and giant screen allows me to get lost in shows and not get bored. And one of the beauties of being a realtor is I can do a LOT of my work while on the move.. you’d be surprised how many docusigns I send or deals I negotiate with my running shoes strapped on 🤓😜

Todays real estate adventures brought me to a strangers home, knocking on the door hoping they weren’t carrying 😅 owner was in the middle of a work call, letter was delivered, seed was planted, time will tell…
