After closing, I asked my seller how she felt about the process. Her answer reminded me exactly why Humans Over Houses is the motto I choose to run my business by.
She said, “You were there for me. You picked up the phone even when you didn’t have to. You talked me through some really hard days when I got in my head about selling and helped me see that this next chapter can be even more beautiful. I’m forever grateful it was you on the other end.”
And THAT is Humans Over Houses. 🧡
Buying or selling can be emotional. Sometimes, people need to vent. Sometimes, they need reassurance. Sometimes, they need to call every day. And sometimes they just need someone on the other end to remind them that what’s ahead can be every bit as beautiful as what they’re leaving behind.
Not every agent runs their business the same way — and that’s okay, I’ll always choose to be the one who answers the phone, listens, and is there for more than just the transaction.
We all do business differently. This is how I choose to do mine. 🧡
