There has been an outpouring of support and the jeep has been filled once already!!

Keep it coming community! I will be placing a bin in the office lobby at 1162 Union Street, Bangor if anyone finds that location to be an easier drop off point.

There is also a bin at the Church of Universal Fellowship on Main Street in Orono or donations can be taken directly to the school offices of Orono Middle School and Orono High School. OR CALL ME!! I'll come get it off your porch or out of your car--- let's make this easy.

Donations are coming in....if you want to help please reach out - there are multiple pathways to helping. (venmo, gift card donations, drop off sites).

I was at the school the other day for an hour and saw a kid grabbing his 'backpack' a day early. There is a need, and the schools know who needs it.

Some families don't even have a stove so microwaveable foods, cereal and snacks are always good donations.

Hey there everyone! Did you know that SNAP benefits will not happen for families in our community in the month of November?

And the schools are on the front lines of this need. Believe me: Ask the teachers and guidance counselors...they know.

SO, in cooperation with the Orono High School Fill-the-Jeep Food Drive, Orono Middle School and the Church of Universal Fellowship we are collecting food and donations to help these kids and families get what they need.

Ya'll. While I was in a school the other day a kid walked up to get food from the school cupboard. The need is there and it will be bigger this month. Please help in any way you can.

All the info you need is on this flyer! If these ways don't work CALL ME! I will come to you or your house to pick up the mac and cheese you don't want. Venmo donations will go to grocery gift cards.

BEST FOODS: Cereal, Snacks, Pasta, Box MacNCheese, Granola Bars, Canned Soup, CupONoodles, Tuna etc.
