I received the best compliment from an agent after showing one of my listings! He said, “That’s the best staging in a home I’ve seen in this area all year!”. Staging services are included for all of my listing clients. I use what I can of the seller’s furnishing, apply concepts of Fengshui, and balance spaces with color, light and texture and come up with a small budget to add accents as needed. For this project we removed a lot of furniture in the main living area and rearranged what was there to create better flow, and replaced the eat in dining table, removed some things in dining room, utilized pieces from other parts of the house in the living room and added the carpet and accents. This home showed beautifully and is stunning! And my sellers are Under Contract!!🎉🎉🎉

So excited! Ebon Cammack is lining up moving jobs- and we have our first big staging gig with the new truck coming up on Springy Pond….so serendipitous. Our staging job is for the sale of my very sweet, late 93 year old friend’s home. Ebon grew up knowing her and helping her with odd jobs. She adored him and called him “PO” for “Perfect One”. I picked him up from work the Friday afternoon before she died to come with me to say our good-byes. We held her hand, told her how we loved her and how grateful we were to have her in our lives. I’m honored to call this boy my business partner. He checks every box. Bev- we are going to go “Over The Top” for you..in every perfect way possible❤️
