Maine Property Construction is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects of various sizes. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and manage a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
This position requires regular communication with clients, project managers and team members, so we're seeking someone who is great with people and can successfully communicate to make sure the ideas are being communicated clearly.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect work for quality control.
• Direct the activities of workers.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate physical construction jobs.
• Meet with clients to assess building plans and determine required materials and amounts of those materials.
