Born and raised in Bangor, Emilie Bronson Blair has always loved the city and the surrounding communities. Her family roots run deep in Bangor; the history and architecture of the Queen City are even frequently talked about at family gatherings! Emilie’s passion for the area shines through when working with both buyers and sellers. She obtained her B.S. in Music Industry and Business Administratio

n from Northeastern University. After several years as an Events Manager, she became a Marketing Specialist at a well-known Maine outdoors company. Now, as an associate broker, Emilie serves the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS as 2025 association President and serves as immediate past chair of the Young Professionals Network Committee. Emilie also sits as a director for the Maine Association of REALTORS and has been named Maine representative for the Housing Opportunity committee with the National Association of REALTORS. In her spare time, she volunteers with her children's school as the PTO president and serves on the board of Dignity First, a nonprofit working to alleviate Bangor's homelessness crisis with supportive, permanent housing. Emilie enjoys spending time with her family, working on projects in their turn of the century charmer and being an avid New England Patriots fan. Emilie, her husband and their handsome sons reside in Bangor.

We LOVE our community! My favorite membership meeting each year is the one where we give out the BIG checks to super deserving non-profits in the area. All of our fundraising events are open to the public, come join us this year in giving back to wonderful organizations!

Over $40,000 has been donated to three local organizations, thanks to local realtors.

Feeling incredibly honored and grateful to all my colleagues, friends and, most importantly, family who helped make it possible for me to be able to serve our REALTOR organization and community.

We would like to congratulate our very own Emilie Bronson Blair Realtor BH&G Masiello Group on receiving the honor of REALTOR Of The Year for The Greater Bangor Area Board of REALTORs 👏👏

Emilie plays an essential role at GBAR, serving as the board president. She consistently goes above and beyond in this position—helping organize events, leading monthly board meetings, and doing it all with a positive attitude.

In addition to her work with GBAR, Emilie also serves as the PTO board president at her sons' school.

Outside of her volunteer roles, Emilie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Tim, and their two sons, Griffin and Felix.
