The best inspectors will show you the water main, how to change air filters, what's up in your breaker box, and that tiny gap that may let mice come in. They are detailed in their work and happy to answer questions while educating the home owners about their new purchase! Inspections are important - EVEN in brand new construction!

Shout out to Baraboo Area Fire and EMS District! They have a very quick response time, even though thankfully, there was no emergency this time. There was a house I was inspecting that happened to have a security system that automatically calls emergency responders when you test a smoke alarm. The first responders were very kind and understanding about the incident 🙂
