We enjoyed our lunch today from Hot Dog Avenue in support of the Sauk Columbia Chapter - Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin Gyros For Heroes Fundraiser.

The fundraiser runs from 11:00-6:00pm today at Hot Dog Avenue Wisconsin Dells - a portion of the sales will benefit Dells/Delton Kops For Kids.

🚧 Local Traffic Alert

As your local real estate experts, we want to make sure your commutes and home tours are as smooth as possible! Give yourself extra travel time.

If you are planning to view homes, visit Devil's Lake State Park, or travel between Baraboo and Merrimac, please keep this major road update in mind.

Highway 113 is undergoing an extensive $4.4 million pavement and safety project. Here is what you need to know to plan your trips:

📍 The Details: Full repaving and critical curve reconstruction between Mound St (Baraboo) and Highway 78 (Merrimac).

⛔ The Closures: WIS 113 is COMPLETELY CLOSED at the curve just south of County DL.

🔀 The Detour: Use Highway 78 and US 12 to bypass the closure zone. The rest of the highway is down to a single lane with flaggers.

⏰ Timeline: Construction runs through mid-October 2026.
