Closing Day with my helper!

Congratulations, to my sellers today. It wasn’t until we sat down at the closing table that they realized; it was 8 years to the day, that they’ve owned this house. A lot of memories, & kiddos growing up, but it’s definitely time to say goodbye! I’m so happy for my clients leveling up in home, location, jobs & life in general! This was their first time on the seller side of the table and to hear them say I helped make that the smoothest part of their relocation, was a blessing to my heart. It’s why I do what I do and so grateful they felt that way. Relocation can be a stressful time - I’m here to make it the smoothest transition possible.

It’s a great day, to have a great day! I officially get my summer helper for putting up sold signs again.

Congratulations, to my seller, on a successful closing today! We had so much interest on this flipper house. I am so grateful my client trusted me throughout the entire process, being on the same page and knowing the worth of the property. Standing firm against low ball offers, battling multiple offers for the highest and most convenient situation in the end. All parties won today!

I’m especially grateful to this being a repeat client, to being their “go to” realtor, & in closing this chapter to complete an estate. Thank you for trusting me always!
