8 weeks, from buyers consultation, to closing day!! Relocations can be stressful, but with the right agent they don’t have to be. Daniel and I had dozens of virtual showings while he watched & researched from another state. He planned one solid weekend in Wisconsin where we finalized the viewings with a perfectly timed new listing.

A lot goes into a listing presentation, especially when it’s a stranger that is interviewing multiple agents, not knowing who to trust. Stephen and Kasey made the right decision when they decided to trust me.

We made a plan, stuck to the plan, had so many showings on day 1, with an accepted offer well above list price. There were some hiccups along the way, lots of communication to create clarity to get everyone to the closing table. I’m so grateful to my sellers for trusting me with their relocation, knowing I had their back every step of the way!

A lot of closings you’ll hear me say that I am so grateful my clients became good friends, or like family to me. This one hits a little different. This one is my bestie, who always chooses me to be family, who also chooses me to be her realtor.

My bestie trusted me with one of the biggest life decisions one can make, my bestie trusted me with her family! We’ve been on the hunt for a few years… a marriage and two babies later, Hannah and Weston found “the one”.
