🌈🫧 AFTER THE STORM COMES THE RAINBOW 🫧🌈
Saturday’s storm may have cancelled our Back to School Bash, but it didn’t stop the heart behind it.
We’re choosing to see this as our little reminder that after the storm comes the rainbow, a symbol of hope, promise, and new beginnings. 💛 And we’re coming back even more determined to make this event special.

✨ NEW DATE: AUGUST 29TH
⏰ 4:00–6:00 PM
🎉 SAME FUN. SAME MISSION.

We’re not giving up on bringing our community together to support local families and businesses while helping our kids and teachers start the school year feeling loved and supported.

Come enjoy:
🫧 Neon foam party
🎶 DJ + music
🏰 Bounce house
🍦 Ice cream truck
🎁 Silent auction + prizes
🛍️ Local vendors like permanent jewelry, embroidery, keychain making, handmade jewelry, flag football/soccer and more!
🌈 Family fun for everyone

ADMISSION = A DONATION
Please bring a monetary donation or school supplies for Classroom Central.

🫧 And don’t forget a TOWEL, the foam gets wet!

So wear your brightest neon, bring your family and friends, and come help us turn the storm into something beautiful🌈
Sometimes the storm changes the plans… but it doesn’t have to change the purpose.

📅 AUGUST 29TH | 4–6 PM

Please SHARE + TAG your friends and help us fill this event with community, generosity, and a whole lot of joy. 💛🌈

Same heart. New name. Bigger table.

L+K doesn’t stand for our names anymore. It stands for Love + Kindness, because the only name worth glorifying was never ours to begin with.

Love God with everything. Love your neighbor as yourself. That isn’t a Sunday morning or a business hours thing. It’s how we show up at the closing table, at a volunteer event, and in line at the grocery store. It’s what we hold ourselves to, every day.

And the table really is bigger now. We have more ways to serve you, and more room for the people who’ve been here all along.

Homes | buying and selling, with expertise you can trust

Capital | private money lending for investors

Community | giving back with charity events, volunteer days, and ‘Hi Neighbor’ meetups at local spots

Whether you’re buying, investing, or just want to know your neighbors (you don’t have to need a house to belong here)
There’s a seat for you.

Hi Neighbors!
We’re so grateful to be partnering with you all for the 3rd year in support of Beds for Kids. Last year, because of this community’s generosity, we raised $1,400 and donated over 50 large furniture pieces along with lamps and linens, all directly impacting families in need. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when neighbors show up for one another.
At L+K, we believe building strong communities goes far beyond helping you buy, sell, or invest in a home. Real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about strengthening the very foundation of the neighborhoods we live in. We can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this year!
