***** Side note to the story. A buddy of mine that I once worked with on the Outer Banks wound up moving to Texas and now resides in Bentonville, Arkansas. This article noted a lot of people living in Texas have moved to Bentonville.

Your phone will automatically switch time. But the oven and microwave clock will probably need to be adjusted. Some folks keep their car clock at the same time year round. And there's always that one family who shows up at church as everyone's leaving on the first day of daylight saving's time. I know that's true because as a kid we were that family a couple of times.

Interest Rates have been falling a little bit of late. But it's a fool's errand to try to predict how low they can go. Predictions are all over the board. Waiting for rates to hit their "bottom" may not be the best strategy for you. Rates at this level may help you get more front end concessions from a seller than if rates do get lower.
