Yesterday’s closing was one of those.

I got to help my childhood best friend’s kiddo buy her home. Her dad and I have been friends since kindergarten—which was nearly 40 years ago, but we’ll keep that little detail between us. 🤫😂

There’s something special about growing up alongside someone and then getting to be part of the next generation’s story, too.
