Thank you, Gov. Kemp, for signing House Bill 165 into law! This important legislation, sponsored by Rep. Lehman Franklin, revises and expands the state sales tax exemption on manufactured homes, which now helps reduce costs for buyers who convert these homes to real property and supporting greater housing affordability across Georgia.
