🏡 SOLD — and this one means a little extra. ❤️

Some closings are straightforward. This wasn’t one of them.

This incredible mama came to us in the middle of a major life transition, determined to create a fresh start and a home for herself and her two kids. We started with one plan, hit an unexpected hurdle that meant completely changing course, and then lost the first home when the sellers decided not to move forward with the repairs needed to make the deal work.

That could have been the point where everything fell apart.

Instead, we regrouped.

Her Realtor and I went back to work, adjusted the financing strategy, found the right path forward, and she found another home. This time? Everything fell into place. 🙌

And today, she gets to hold those keys knowing just how much she pushed through to get here.

I’m especially proud of this one because buying a home isn’t always a perfect, straight line. Sometimes my job is figuring out Plan B—or Plan C—when life throws something completely unexpected into Plan A. And having a Realtor who is just as committed to the client makes ALL the difference.

Congratulations to one seriously deserving woman on her fresh start. 🥹🔑 You have such a kind heart, and I couldn’t be happier to see something so good happen for you and your babies.
