Another closing in the books today for Big A Homes!

This one was an ADVENTURE! Multiple out of state contingencies, out of state move, delays due to ice storms and tornadoes, tons of farm machine movement and transportation…..and an emergency appendectomy from a closing attorney…..but today we made it!

These amazing clients trusted me with their move, their next chapter, their farm, lending advice, and a last minute shift in closing attorneys, and honestly I feel like I found a kindred spirit along the way!

In follow up to my last post about the land with builds…..the time has arrived!! It’s been a WHIRLWIND of a 24 hours, but after countless calls, showings, and offers in just 18 hours I am happy to announce we are under a very strong and ratified contract on a home very near and dear to my heart. My husband and I put every ounce of detail, love, sweat, and construction into this home to be a forever home for us, but God is presenting us other opportunities, so when He opened the door, we’re walking through it!

Thank you to all who were interested, reached out, got approved, toured our property and shared our lovely home, and we know the right person is getting it.
