- Budget: about $430,000
- 3+ beds (but would consider a 2+ bed if there is an office or bonus room space)
- 1.5 baths (but would consider 1 bath if their other needs are met)
- fairly private, and prefer not a main road
- towns that are in the Tantasqua or Quabbin school systems (though would consider other towns where they can do school choice). Towns that go to Pathfinder would also be considered.
- within 30 minutes or so of Hardwick, MA
