They say teamwork makes the dream work, and this closing is proof of that.

This wasn't the easiest transaction. In fact, we closed nearly a month later than anticipated. There were challenges along the way, but with patience, persistence, and a lot of teamwork, we finally crossed the finish line.

This historic former church holds a special future. The buyers, who already own the neighboring property, plan to thoughtfully transform the church into a family residence over time, expanding their homestead and giving new life to a beloved Rochester landmark.

As Linda Willett shared, she even took a moment to say a few prayers while inside the church—and whether it was divine intervention or determination (or a little of both!), everything finally came together. 🙏❤️

June 6, 1944.

Eighty-two years ago today, thousands of brave young men crossed the English Channel and stormed the beaches of Normandy in one of the most pivotal moments in world history. They came from the United States, Great Britain, Canada, and other Allied nations, united by a common purpose: to defeat tyranny and restore freedom.

Many never made it off the beaches. Many more carried the physical and emotional scars of that day for the rest of their lives. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment changed the course of history and secured liberties that we continue to enjoy today.

As we remember D-Day, let us honor not only those who fought on June 6, 1944, but all who have worn the uniform in service to their country. Freedom is never free. It has always been purchased through the sacrifice of extraordinary men and women willing to put duty above self.

Today, we remember them with gratitude, respect, and pride.
