I would like to say THANK YOU so much to all those who reached out with condolences about my Mom’s passing. I’m so sorry if I did not respond to all of you, it was a rough couple weeks and I had a hard time finding the words. I do appreciate all the love 💕

However, I do want to let you all know that I never stopped working my Real Estate business!! I always made sure my clients were taken care of!

Last week I had First Time Home Buyer Clients get their offer accepted and then they had a successful home inspection!! Thank you to my colleague Josh for covering for me.

I am also pleased to announce that another set of First Time Home Buyer clients, just got their offer accepted on Sunday after finding “The One”!

I have 5 closings scheduled for the month of November!! 4 out of 5 of them are First Time Home Buyers!!!

I’d love to help you too, and your friends and family and co-workers and anyone else you know!!

😬 Mom FAIL!! 😬

I made these amazing magnet district calendars with the kid’s school schedule and passed them out to hundreds of people. Well, I just found out there is no school on Friday! Why didn’t I use my own calendar?? 😱 😡

Did anyone else screw that up too??

I have more calendars for D300 and D158 if you’d like one. I am definitely going to use mine for now on!

It has been a busy week of Real Estate!!

⭐️Saturday- showings started on my new listing in Buffalo Grove and we received an offer that night!
⭐️Sunday-my Sellers accepted that offer and I also took my new first time home Buyers out to see homes for the first time in LITH and Huntley.
⭐️Monday- my new first time home Buyers wrote their first offer for an amazing property in LITH!
⭐️Tuesday- my new first time home Buyers got their offer accepted (under list price with seller concessions) and my other very special Buyers closed on their new home in Lincolnshire!
⭐️Wednesday- I received a referral from a Realtor in Kansas City whose clients are moving to Huntley to be closer to family.
⭐️Thursday-I met with another first time home Buyer who chose me to be her Realtor. She signed a Buyer’s Agency Agreement and I started her on a search.
⭐️Friday- My Kansas City Buyers came to town and we saw 7 houses (They saw some really good options and have a big decision to make) and my Buyers who went under contract on Tuesday had their inspection that went very well!

Buyers are still buying, Sellers are still selling!!
