Didn’t have time to even get the first house posted before we went under contract! In just about 48 hours this seller received 9 OFFERS ‼️ and accepted one that was more than ideal for their situation!

House #2 may look familiar. After pulling it off the market in January for seller personal reasons, we are under contract and looking forward to getting it closed shortly!

A little busy.. and a little bad at social media this month 😅

1: Didn’t even get a chance to post that this one went live before we had offers! My sellers got nearly everything they were looking for in a buyer! Now it’s time to find them their next home 🥰

2: so excited for my buyers that snagged this one 👀 it is STUNNING. We were able to beat out multiple offers to make it theirs! Cant wait to welcome our friends to the suburbs!

3: My first time buyers got a great deal on a charming home in downtown Woodstock! I could not be more excited for them and can’t wait to see how they make it their own!

4: Another very quick turn around on the list side! Only 4 days on the market and my seller accepted a great offer! Onto her next adventure 🤍

Just listed! This 2-bedroom (with an option for 3), 2.5-bath townhome in Hoffman Estates is all about location. Situated just off Shoe Factory Road, it’s minutes from the 59/90 exit, the Barrington Arboretum, and Algonquin Road—super convenient!

Also shoutout to my seller in LITH, who recently sold on their first home. It’s a bittersweet farewell, but they’re excited for what’s next! ❤️

My sellers closed on their home in Huntley earlier this month and are SO close to enjoying retirement life up north! While listing during the holidays may not seem “ideal” we made it happen for these sellers and they’re officially onto their new chapter 🫶🏼
