Amazing💕
Drumroll, please, for the first of the “10 Things We Love,” the Good Night Lights at Hasbro Children’s Hospital!
In May of 2010, Steve Brosnihan, Resident Cartoonist at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, decided to send a goodnight signal to a patient he’d been working with. On his ride home, he turned and flashed his bicycle headlamp at the hospital. His young friend flashed his room lights off and on in response.
And just like that, a heartwarming tradition was born.
In the 13 years since, countless businesses and individuals have joined in to wish hospitalized children “good night” through the simple act of flashing a light on and off at 8:30 every night.
We are pleased to be part of this community of light, and we’re proud to kick off our 10th Anniversary celebration with a donation to Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
Stay tuned – our next “Thing We Love” will be announced on May 30!
