Check out these stats on the current real estate market for ALGONQUIN, LAKE IN THE HILLS, HUNTLEY, and CRYSTAL LAKE.

As you can see homes on average are selling slightly less than list price with a downward trajectory and inventory is slowly increasing.

Even though we are still somewhat in a seller's market in our area we are shifting towards an even market and possibly toward a buyer's market like other parts of the country.
