Check out these stats on the current real estate market for ALGONQUIN, LAKE IN THE HILLS, HUNTLEY, and CRYSTAL LAKE.

As you can see homes on average are selling slightly less than list price with a downward trajectory and inventory is slowly increasing.

Even though we are still somewhat in a seller's market in our area we are shifting towards an even market and possibly toward a buyer's market like other parts of the country. With the new year approaching and the next real estate market to ramp up in February, this information is important to consider when you begin your home search or decide to list your current home.
