This was another family that pulled at my heartstrings when they invited me over and I toured their house for the first time. Such wonderful photos and memories surrounded the halls from past times when their boys were athletes, when they had holidays together, and when they graduated college. Great memories, but now it was time to depersonalize and get ready for a new stage in life. They understood that and they got it done. We laughed at times throughout this transaction, cried at times, and in the end everything worked out just fine. They got the right buyers in a multiple offer situation, the right timing, and in the end just a win win for everyone. That's always my goal for my clients and I will work tirelessly to get it done. So, thank you to this wonderful family for trusting me to get it to the end with the results you wanted. I'll miss all the funny text messages and the little laughs along the way, but I'm sure in one way or another it will continue.🏘😂☺️

TWO CLOSINGS. ONE AMAZING BUSY WEEK!

I cannot believe it is already the 2nd week of August! But what better time to close on two homes for two special clients.

🏡FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS: After navigating the competition in only two towns they had their hearts set on, my adorable first time home buyers got the keys to their first home! They have wonderful plans to make it their own and I cannot wait to see what they do. So excited for them! Welcome Home😍

🏡PAST CLIENT: There is nothing I love more than having past clients come back to me when they are ready for another home purchase. I have worked with this client on four transactions now. Their personal home, their parents home, and two investment properties. I truly appreciate the trust they have in me when it comes to buying and selling homes. 🤗

There's still more to come this month but for now two wonderful closings, two happy clients, and a reminder of why I LOVE WHAT I DO.🔑🏡

There's nothing better than helping a lovely first-time home buyer achieve her dream of homeownership. Especially when she came from a referral by a past client.
The journey wasn't easy. We wrote multiple offers, faced the disappointment of being out bid more than once, but kept moving forward. We stayed patient and stayed positive. I knew the right one was out there and we never gave up.

One of the most beautiful homes I've sold this year. And once it was listed many buyers agreed it was a beautiful home as well. Although we were only on the market for a matter of days, all the prep work done✅ the pre-marketing done✅ every showing I agent accompanied ✅ and in the end it was a huge success for my sellers.
I made it very clear how the market was going in their area and how I wanted to pre-market their home and get it shown as soon as possible.
Listed at $1,290,000.00✅
Sold at $1,385,000.00✅👍🏻

Needless to say they were very pleased with the showings, the communication and the negotiation. We also worked well as a team together and for that I am very grateful😊
