What does a 1,000-piece puzzle have to do with remodeling a home? Quite a bit, actually.
I loved this analogy Christine shared at Advance Design Studio’s Home Remodeling Workshop in Gilberts. Design, selections, plumbing, electrical, construction, different trades—and sometimes surprises behind the walls. There are a LOT of moving pieces.
That’s why their single-source responsibility approach makes so much sense. One team guides the project from design through construction, taking much of the coordination and worry off the homeowner. And they create some pretty amazing spaces along the way!
I loved joining them as their guest real estate expert and sharing another side of the conversation, home values, the equity homeowners have built, ROI, and how to decide whether it makes sense to remodel or move.
Sometimes adding value to your home is about resale and sometimes it’s about loving where you live even more.
