Closing day! 🔑🎉

A month ago, my friends decided to take the leap into real estate and buy their first investment property — and today we finally sat down at the closing table together. What a ride.

It started with late nights scrolling listings and texts. Then came the walkthroughs — some properties we laughed our way out of, others had us pulling out the calculator on the spot to run numbers in the driveway. There were highs and lows.

But today, a month of hustle turned into a set of keys. Watching them sign on the dotted line and officially become unvestment property owners — knowing I got to be in the trenches with them the whole way — was such a good feeling. We celebrated the only way that felt right.

Huge congrats to them on this milestone. Here's to the first of many smart moves — and to friends who show up for the process, not just the finish line. 🥂🏠
