We are looking to partner with a local cleaning service to provide final cleanings before new tenants move in. We have done this in house with our own employees for the last 28 years but due to the volumn of properties we now have (225+), we would like to find the right company to turn this task over to in hopes of making our turn around time quicker. If you have the staff to take on this task, we would love to speak further with you. Our insurance company requires all of our vendors to have liability and workman's comp insurance. We have been preparing this week for the cold weather that's forecast. Making sure all vehicles are full of fuel, replaced windshield wipers on one, checked on all our equipment and communications systems, I may even pick up a box of instant hot chocolate for the office!
