If you are tired of the average real estate agent (99%) whom just put their sign in your yard & list your house on mls and wait then you need an agent who actually makes money investing in real estate & sees spending a thousand dollars to market his clients listing as an opportunity, not an expense I cant afford like the vast majority of agents would would at the idea of taking out a half page ad featuring my clients listing in the Bartlesville Real Estate Guide.

There's too many benefits to even list by hiring an agent like myself who WANTS to spend money marketing your home thus getting you the most amount of money in the shortest time. Other agents dont do it because they either cant afford to or they simply dont want to.
