I couldn’t be happier for my buyers! We have been searching together for over a year, patiently waiting for the home that truly felt right. The moment this one hit the market, we both knew it was something special.

Just 48 hours after it was listed, we were under agreement.

Together, we carefully prepared an offer that showcased not only the strength of their position, but also how much they genuinely loved and appreciated the home. They trusted my advice and negotiation strategy every step of the way, and together we made it happen.

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately… now you know. 😊

Over the past several months, my husband Danny Lisa Davis and I purchased a condo at The Seasons resort in Bartlett, NH and completely renovated it ourselves.

We’ve renovated and flipped homes before, but this project was a little different. From transforming the space and selecting finishes to furnishing and decorating, our goal was to create a beautiful and successful vacation rental from start to finish.

As a local REALTOR® and the wife of a builder, we’ve each always helped others buy, renovate, and build. This time, we got to experience the entire process ourselves as owners. From purchasing the property to bringing our vision to life and launching it on Airbnb.

The project taught us so much about what truly adds value, what renters are looking for, and what it takes to create a successful vacation rental.

The condo is now officially up on Airbnb, and we’re excited to start this next adventure! (Link in Bio)

🎉 Big news at North Conway Realty. We're welcoming Lisa Davis as an agent.

Lisa and I go back a long way. We first crossed paths when she worked with me at Blue Moose Vacations, and again when she got her real estate license at Vacasa.

Lisa is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has been rooted right here in the White Mountains for over 20 years. In the early 2000s, she and her husband renovated and flipped homes throughout North Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson — so she knows this market from the inside out.

And if real estate keeps her busy enough, she's also a NH Justice of the Peace, a family portrait photographer, and the owner/president of her family's food brokerage company. 😄

She lives in Bartlett with her husband, two kids, and three dogs, and when she's not helping clients you'll find her snowboarding, hiking, or at the lake with her family.
