Wire fraud can put an entire real estate transaction at risk, and Ty Harris wants buyers, sellers, and agents to know how EDCO works to help prevent it. 💙🏡

Every wire that goes through EDCO is verified through CertifID before funds move. CertifID uses identity verification and account validation to help confirm the people and banking information involved in the transaction.

Ty’s rule is simple: if wire instructions ever change, stop. Call EDCO using a trusted phone number and verify before sending anything.

Some milestones happen at the closing table. Others come with a state championship trophy. 🏆💙

EDCO is proud to sponsor Bartlett High School basketball, so getting to celebrate their state championship with them made this visit especially meaningful.

They stopped by with a plaque for EDCO and even let us hold the championship trophy. We’ll admit, we were pretty excited about that part too.

Supporting the Mid-South means showing up for the people and programs that make this community feel like home.
