I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you all. I have embarked on a new journey to further enhance my skills and knowledge in the real estate industry. I am currently pursuing my Certified Property Management designation through the esteemed Institute of Real Estate Management.

This is a rigorous, year-long course that will require me to travel to Denver for certain classes and delve deep into the intricacies of property management and real estate. I am eager to learn, grow, and become the best property manager and real estate agent I can be.

I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards that lie ahead. I am committed to providing the best service to my clients and this course will equip me with the tools to do just that.

Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. I can't wait to share my journey with you and I am excited to see where this new chapter will lead. Here's to new beginnings and continuous learning!

Three years ago today I passed my Real Eatate Exam on the first try and *p**f* I became a real estate broker associate which was the best career choice I could have ever made. I am so happy, doing the best I've ever done in my life but also humbled and grateful for this experience!! Life is good! No to go celebrate with some kick add bluegrass at the Rides, Reggae, and A Lil Bit of Grass Festival in New Castle. It's tonight and all day tomorrow so come down and hang out with me while supporting New Castle Trails!!!! ❤️

Last night was our annual Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Awards Gala. It was so much fun! Great food, great company and a lot of great awards given out. Nick and I received the award for Top Producers in Property Management for the Down Valley area for 2022! What a nice surprise! So happy to be on this team!

What a great sale this was! Listed for $380k, had a ridiculous amount of showings in a short period of time and ended up closing for $395k! So much goes on in Lazy Glen, between APCHA, the Lazy Glen Homeowners Association and then finding the right lenders to help get the buyers secured with a good loan. I helped to do it all on this one and not a day went by that I wasn't on top of it! I did not represent the buyers, but with my knowledge and research on this neighborhood, I assisted in making sure it went smoothly so at the end of it all we made it to the closing table without any issues.
