NEW! THE MID-VALLEY LUXURY MARKET REPORT for homes sold over $3 million in Basalt, Missouri Heights and Carbondale. In 2018 and 2019, sales above $3 million represented only about 3% of all Mid-Valley transactions. Since 2024, roughly one out of every four sales has occurred above the $3 million threshold. MID-YEAR 2026 MID-VALLEY MARKET REPORT - Available now! For the first time since 2016, average sale prices and average sold price per square foot have declined in Basalt, Missouri Heights and Carbondale, with the exception of Basalt single-family homes. In all 3 areas, average pricing has returned to levels last seen in 2024, a dip ranging from 12% - 17%. While it is still too early to determine whether this represents a long-term market shift, it does suggest that the rapid upward trajectory we’ve experienced over the past several years may be moderating. Check out the statistics here and visit www.Mid-ValleyMarket.com to view the full report!

SUCCESSFULLY SOLD! Another scenic lot in Elk Springs. The Sellers of this 4.43 wooded acre homesite called me off of my Elk Springs Market Report in November, we were listed in December and under contract in March - a rather quick listing period for land these days! I am grateful that they entrusted me to list and sell their lot, despite never having met in person! Special thanks to Selling Broker Chris Striefel for his expertise during the transaction.
