2025 was quite the year for The Silverman Group family of companies.

In an industrial market shaped by shifting supply dynamics, evolving tenant needs, and changing capital conditions, our team stayed focused on fundamentals and long-term strategy.

That approach translated into a year of meaningful growth across our platform, with acquisitions spanning industrial, small-bay, office, and medical assets, alongside continued momentum on development and redevelopment initiatives.

We’re pleased to announce the acquisition of a nearly 1.4 million-square-foot micro-bay industrial portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic.

Spanning approximately 50 buildings and 600+ tenants throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia, the portfolio strengthens our presence in one of the nation’s most supply-constrained industrial markets. This acquisition builds on our continued focus on micro-bay industrial as a core investment strategy and reflects our long-term confidence in this product type as demand for infill space continues to grow.

We’re excited to unify these assets under the Mid-Atlantic Micro Bay portfolio and continue supporting small and mid-sized businesses in high-demand locations.
